Eli Pariser argues powerfully that this will ultimately prove to be bad for us and bad for democracy.

About Eli PariserEli is the author of "The Filter Bubble," a book about the rise of intelligent media, and a pioneering online organiser.

The original video and transcript available in over 40 different languages is available on the TED Talk website.
